Store Manager - Sydney Fish Market

We are looking for an experienced and passionate store manager to lead our new venue at the new Sydney Fish Market. As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our newest location. You’ll lead a passionate front and back-of-house team, ensure seamless daily operations, and continue to deliver the signature Cow and the Moon experience our customers love. We’re looking for someone who leads by example with positivity, clear communication, and adaptability—especially in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of hospitality.
